This board is for seriously big waves. If you're thinking of riding Wiamea Bay, or some monster local reef, you'll need one of these. They are long and narrow for hanging in and carving long controlled rail turns - forget about snap backs. They are thicker to allow you to paddle fast and get into the wave as early as possible, ready for that awesome drop.

Be warned; once you own one of these you can never use a lack of the right equipment as an excuse for not paddling out on those hell days.
